Eligibility
You must own or control distribution rights for any content you upload. Works should be complete, properly credited, and submitted with accurate metadata (title, synopsis, genre, language, and content rating).
Quality & presentation
Upload masters with clear audio and stable video. Provide a compelling poster, accurate runtime, and optional trailer. Incomplete or misleading metadata may delay review or prevent publication.
Content standards
We do not publish illegal content, non-consensual material, or works that primarily exist to harass or deceive. Content ratings must reflect mature themes honestly. All titles pass human moderation before going live.
AI transparency
Every title must declare how it was made: human original, AI-assisted, or AI-generated. Creators provide this at upload; MOKHA may verify or update labels. Viewers see badges on posters and can filter the catalog by AI involvement.
Monetization & revenue
Approved creators in the Partner Program earn a revenue share from qualifying subscriber views. Payout terms, revenue splits, and tax requirements are described in our Terms of Service and Partner Program section.
