Creator guidelines & content upload policy

These Creator Guidelines and Content Upload Policy apply to anyone using Creator Studio or applying to the Partner Program. They supplement our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

By uploading you confirm you have read and agree to these standards. Violations may result in rejection, removal, suspension, or termination of creator access.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to upload and monetize content.

You must own or control all distribution rights for every element in your upload: picture, audio, music, likeness, trademarks, and underlying scripts. Festival or limited theatrical rights do not automatically include streaming unless you retained those rights.

You are responsible for model/property releases, music sync licenses, and union obligations where applicable. MOKHA FILM does not provide legal clearance services.

Technical standards (also enforced in Creator Studio): • Video: stable picture, intelligible audio, complete work (not trailers-only unless uploaded as trailer asset) • Metadata: accurate title, synopsis, genre, language, runtime, content rating, credits • Poster: high-quality key art; no misleading imagery • Optional trailer and captions strongly recommended for discovery and accessibility • File limits: up to 15 GB video / 11 MB poster per platform configuration • Encoding: uploads are processed via Cloudflare Stream; allow time for review after processing completes

Incomplete or deceptive metadata delays review or prevents publication.

Do not upload content that: • Is illegal in major distribution territories or promotes serious unlawful activity • Depicts or exploits minors sexually; zero tolerance—report to authorities where required • Is non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfake pornography • Primarily incites violence or hatred against protected groups • Contains malware, phishing, or spam • Infringes copyright, trademark, or publicity rights • Uses misleading AI disclosure (see AI section)

Mature themes (violence, nudity, strong language) are allowed when honestly rated and legally cleared.

Every title must declare production method: human-original, AI-assisted, or AI-generated. This declaration is collected at upload and may be verified during review.

Viewers see badges on catalog items and may filter by AI involvement. Mislabeling is grounds for rejection or removal.

If your work uses generative tools, document which elements (voice, image, script, VFX) were AI-produced to speed moderation.

All submissions pass human review before going live. We may approve, reject, or request changes. Decisions are final for catalog inclusion but you may appeal via Contact with additional rights documentation.

We may geo-restrict, age-gate, or unpublish content after release for legal, quality, or rights issues. Repeat violations can end Partner Program participation.

Personal data in verification documents is handled per our Privacy Policy.

You must obtain lawful bases under GDPR / UK GDPR for processing personal data appearing in your content (e.g., identifiable participants) and for any marketing uses of their likeness on the Platform.

Do not upload private communications or personal data of third parties without permission. If your film includes audience interaction or user-generated segments, obtain explicit consent and explain retention.

Creator analytics (views, watch time, geography aggregates) are described in our Privacy Policy.

Approved Partner Program creators earn a revenue share from qualified subscriber watch time as described in Terms § Partner Program (currently 70% creator / 30% platform on creator-attributed pools).

Payouts require Stripe Connect onboarding, tax compliance, and active eligibility. Chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations may adjust earnings.

MOKHA FILM does not guarantee minimum income or placement on homepage/hero slots.

Upload forms require checkbox acceptance of these guidelines and applicable Partner terms. We log acceptance timestamps for compliance.

Copyright complaints: see DMCA process. Privacy requests from performers or subjects: direct them to privacy@mokhafilm.com or handle via your own privacy notices as data controller for your production.
